Sunday, May 19th, 2013 - Morning Weather Discussion

Unfortunately, the weather does not look like it will cooperate with our plans for a nice week leading up to Memorial Day, and may be quite cool for Memorial Day weekend.  We will see a chance of showers or thunderstorms every day from today through Thursday, with showers and cool temperatures today, warming a bit tomorrow, but still with showers, and quite warm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but still with a  chance of showers and thunderstorms each day.  The temperatures are likely to reach the upper 70’s at least on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and could get quite a bit warmer if the sun comes out.  Unfortunately a cold front will come through on Thursday night bringing with it nicer weather, but very cool temperatures for the Memorial Day weekend, with lows likely dropping to the upper 30's to mid 40's in the morning and highs only reaching the low to mid 60's. There could however be some showers and thunderstorms in the morning on Memorial Day as well.  Of course, after Memorial Day passes the weather looks great, with temperatures likely to rise into the 80’s and very possibly the 90’s.
