We will have warm temperatures with a chance of showers from
this afternoon through Monday morning.
The highs will reach the mid 50’s today and the low to mid 60’s by late
in the day tomorrow. A cold front will
then come through on Monday, dropping temperatures by Monday night. Then on Tuesday afternoon we will have a
chance of a bit of light snow or some snow showers that have the potential to
leave a dusting of snow just in time for Christmas. Christmas Day should then be nice but
cold. Then on Thursday a storm system
may approach, bringing the chance for some light snow or snow showers on
Thursday afternoon and night. Then there
is a slight chance of another storm developing along the Gulf Coast and moving
northeast toward us on Friday. There is
a lot of variance with the models on this possibility at the moment, so right
now it will just be a slight chance of snow next Friday (I have been focused on
this day for quite some time but I am not sure this one will happen). The next storm to watch will then be one for
New Year’s Eve when another storm may form along Gulf Coast and move northeast
towards us. Then towards the end of that
week we will have to watch for the possibility of yet another storm.
