European Model Update

The European model does some very interesting stuff with the Thursday storm and the Saturday storm. It somewhat brings together the storm over the Great Lakes with the one developing off the East Coast on Thursday, bringing us some decent precipitation on Thursday, much like I said was possible yesterday.  Then on Saturday it is now actually bringing a fairly significant storm to us as it develops the storm along the Gulf Coast, then turns it northward into our area, but in both cases the model is projecting temperatures near the surface to be a bit warm so it might be a wet snow or mixture of rain and snow.  We will have to wait and see what future runs do with these storms, but both now look very interesting.  Then on Sunday night we will likely get a little more snow into early Monday morning, then a bigger storm will affect our area for Tuesday into Wednesday of next week and again it looks as if we will be on the dividing line between rain and snow.
