A tornado was just reported in California with the storm that is coming inland in California this afternoon. This is the storm that will end up being our snowstorm on Monday.
Now that is something that is very rare.
It also tells you something about the strength and potential of this storm.

Also, there were eye witness reports and a video of a funnel cloud that reportedly later touched down to become a tornado.
