It will be nice tomorrow but there will then be a chance of some showers and thunderstorms Thursday morning as a cold front approaches. It should then be nice Friday through Labor Day. Highs should be in the upper 80's to low 90's in many places tomorrow, dropping to around 80 Thursday through Sunday, then rising to the mid to upper 80's Labor Day.
A tropical storm is developing in the Gulf of Mexico now and may reach hurricane strength prior to making landfall north of Tampa Thursday evening. This will likely bring some rough weather to not only Northern Florida, but also to the coast of Georgia and the Coastal Carolinas Friday. There is then a small chance that after this storm goes well out into the Atlantic it could turn back around and head towards us for next Tuesday and Wednesday. We will have to wait and see.
If the hurricane does make a move in our direction next week it would bring us a chance of some showers and thunderstorms next Tuesday and Wednesday, otherwise it should be sunny. Highs will be in the 70's if we have showers and thunderstorms and if we don't, then expect highs near 90.
We will then have but HOT weather next Thursday through Saturday with highs in the 90's next Thursday and Friday, dropping to the mid to upper 80's next Saturday.
Next Sunday and Monday we will have a chance of showers and thunderstorms as a cold front approaches our area. Highs should be in the 70's to low 80's.
