Friday, November 18, 2016 - Evening Weather Discussion

Unsettled tomorrow night, then colder…

Clouds will increase tomorrow afternoon as a cold front approaches from the west. A low-pressure area will form along this front tomorrow night, bringing our area a chance of a little rain, with snow very possibly mixing in with the rain in Northeastern and East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Northern Fairfield County, CT. There could be a dusting to an inch or two of snow in parts of Northeastern PA, but little accumulation is likely anywhere else. Highs will be in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s tomorrow.

Sunday and Monday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower. Highs will range from the mid to upper 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 40’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island Sunday and from the low to mid 30’s Monday in Northeastern PA to the low 40’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island.

Tuesday and Wednesday will then be mostly sunny with highs ranging from the low to mid 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 40’s in Central NJ, and the upper 30’s to mid 40’s Wednesday.

Thanksgiving Day there will be a chance of rain, possibly starting as snow early in the morning. Highs will be in the 40’s.

Next Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower at night. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40’s.

Next Saturday through Wednesday should then be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday through Monday, the upper 40’s to low 50’s next Tuesday, and the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Wednesday.

Next Thursday there will be a chance of rain as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s.

Have a wonderful evening!
