Sunday, November 13, 2016 - Morning Weather Discussion

One more nice day, then a Nor’easter approaches…

We will have one more nice day today with highs in the 50’s.

Tomorrow a Nor’easter will start to develop along the Middle Atlantic Coast. This will cause clouds to increase in our area, with a chance of rain developing at night. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.

Tuesday, we will have a chance of rain, ending in the evening as the Nor’easter passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40’s inland, the low 50’s along the coast and on Western Long Island, and the mid 50’s to low 60’s on Central and Eastern Long Island.

Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the 50’s.

Thursday and Friday will then be mostly sunny with highs Thursday from the mid to upper 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, and the 50’s on Friday.

Saturday, we will have increasing cloudiness with a chance of a shower at night as a cold front approaches. Highs will be in the 50’s.

Next Sunday through Tuesday should then be mostly sunny with highs in the 40’s to low 50’s next Sunday, the upper 30’s to low 40’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 40’s in Central NJ next Monday, and the low to mid 40’s next Tuesday.

Next Wednesday will be increasing cloudiness with a chance of showers at night. Highs will be in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s.

Thanksgiving Day through next Saturday should then be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 50’s to low 60’s Thanksgiving Day, the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Friday, and the upper 40’s to low 50’s next Saturday.
