Thursday, November 17, 2016 - Morning Weather Discussion

Nice until Saturday night and colder next week…

It will be nice through Saturday morning. Highs will be in the 50’s today and the mid 50’s to mid 60’s tomorrow and Saturday.

Clouds will start to increase Saturday afternoon as a cold front approaches our area. A low-pressure area will then form along the front. This will bring us a chance of some showers Saturday night, possibly mixing with snow in Northeastern PA.

Sunday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower in Northeastern PA. No snowfall accumulation is expected in Northeastern PA, but there is a small chance that the highest elevations could receive a dusting. Highs Sunday will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.

Monday will be variably cloudy, followed by a nice day Tuesday. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.

Wednesday, we will have increasing cloudiness in the afternoon with a chance of showers at night as a disturbance approaches from the west. It will be quite chilly in the morning with lows in the mid to upper 20’s inland and only in the low 30’s along the coast. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.

Thanksgiving Day will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower early in the morning. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Friday through next Monday then look nice with highs in the 40’s next Friday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Saturday, the 40’s next Sunday, and the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Monday.

Next Tuesday we will have increasing cloudiness with a chance of rain at night. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to low 50’s.

Next Wednesday we will have a chance of rain ending in the morning, then clearing. Highs will be in the 50’s.

Have a fantastic day!
