Friday, September 22, 2017 - Evening Weather Discussion

Record-breaking highs possible Sunday...

It will be nice and hot for this time of year with highs in the 80’s tomorrow, the mid 80’s to mid 90’s Sunday, and the mid 80’s to low 90’s Monday. There may be some record-breaking high temperatures in parts of our area Sunday.

Tuesday and Wednesday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as an onshore wind flow develops ahead of Hurricane Maria that will be well off shore and a cold front also approaches. Highs will be in the 70’s Tuesday and the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Wednesday.

Thursday and next Friday will then be nice with highs in the 60’s to low 70’s Thursday and the mid 60’s to mid 70’s next Friday.

Next Saturday is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 60’s.

Next Sunday through Thursday will then be nice with highs in the upper 50’s and 60’s next Sunday, the 60’s next Monday, and the mid to upper 60’s next Tuesday through Thursday.

Have a wonderful evening!
