A strong cold front will pass through our area tomorrow, bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms which could be heavy at times, and could be severe. Flooding will also be possible, as very heavy rain could fall in a short period of time. Up to three inches of rain is possible in some locations, while other locations could receive very little rain. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s.
Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers on Eastern Long Island. Highs will be in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s.
Thursday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.
Friday and Saturday will then be nice with highs in the mid 50’s to low 60’s Friday and the 60’s Saturday.
Sunday, we will have increasing cloudiness with rain developing in the afternoon, possibly becoming heavy at times, as a storm develops along the East Coast and tracks northward. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
Next Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as the storm departs our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
Next Tuesday through Sunday then look nice, with increasing cloudiness next Sunday. Highs will be in the 50’s next Tuesday, the mid 50’s to low 60’s next Wednesday through Saturday, and the 50’s next Sunday.
