Friday, December 15, 2017 - Evening Weather Discussion

Unsettled for the next week but nothing big…

The storm worked out as expected today with snowfall amounts ranging from a coating to as much as 3.5 inches in parts of Central NJ.

Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower as some Lake Effect moisture may make it into our area. Highs will be in the 30’s to low 40’s.

Sunday clouds will increase late in the day with a chance of some light snow late at night as a weak disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 30’s.

Monday any light snow will end early in the morning, followed by clearing. Snowfall amounts should range from a coating to an inch. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and 40’s.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain shower Tuesday and a rain or snow shower Wednesday. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s Tuesday and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Wednesday.

Thursday will then be nice with highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.

Next Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of rain or snow showers with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Next Saturday through Thursday then look nice with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday, the mid 30’s to low 40’s Christmas Eve, the 30’s Christmas Day, the upper 20’s to mid 30’s next Tuesday, and the mid 20’s to mid 30’s next Wednesday and Thursday.
