Today will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or sprinkle early this morning and again this afternoon, or especially tonight, as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
Tomorrow there will be a chance of a rain or snow shower early in the morning, followed by clearing, as a weak disturbance passes south of our area. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to upper 40’s.
Monday will be nice with highs in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in Northeastern PA, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, as a disturbance passes to our north. Highs will range from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 60’s in Central NJ.
Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or sprinkle, or a flurry at night. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Thursday and Friday will then be nice with highs in the 40’s to low 50’s Thursday and the mid 40’s to low 50’s Friday.
Friday a tropical system may develop in the Northeastern Gulf of Mexico and then head eastward across the Northern Florida Peninsula, reaching the warm waters off the Southeastern Coast of the United States next Saturday. This system will then likely be pulled northward by a strong disturbance dropping down from Canada. These two systems will likely combine to form a Nor’easter off the NJ Coast next Sunday.
Next Saturday clouds will increase with a chance of rain developing at night. Highs will be in the low to mid 50’s.
Next Sunday there will be a chance of rain, and it could be windy, with highs in the 50’s.
Next Monday there will be a chance of rain ending in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Next Tuesday through Friday will then be nice with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Tuesday, the 50’s next Wednesday, the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Thursday, and the 50’s next Friday.
Highs will be in the 50’s.
