Two disturbance are approaching and will combine to form a strong Nor’easter over our area this afternoon and evening. This will bring heavy rain and strong wind to much of our area, developing from southwest to northeast this afternoon and evening, becoming heavy at times, and ending at night. It will also become very windy, with gusts up to 60 mph possible in some locations, and up to 70 mph possible on Eastern Long Island. Highs will range from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 60’s to low 70’s in West Central NJ. There will likely be some power outages late today from the high wind knocking over some trees and branches.
Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in the morning, then variably cloudy, with a chance of a sprinkle in the afternoon, as the Nor’easter pulls away from our area. Highs will range from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s along the coast.
Friday will be variably cloudy with highs ranging from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s along the coast.
Saturday will then be nice with highs in the upper 50’s to low 60’s.
Sunday clouds will increase with a slight chance of rain developing in the afternoon or evening as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the low to mid 60’s.
Monday through next Wednesday, October 23rd, are then looking variably cloudy with a chance of some showers, especially Tuesday, as a disturbance and then cold front pass through our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60’s Monday, the mid 60’s to low 70’s Tuesday, dropping to the mid 50’s to mid 60’s next Wednesday.
Next Thursday, October 24th, and next Friday, October 25th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s next Thursday and the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Friday.
Next Saturday, October 26th, and next Sunday, October 27th, are then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
Next Monday, October 28th, and next Tuesday, October 29th, are then looking variably cloudy with highs int eh 50’s.
