Rain this weekend into next week could cause flooding in our area…
A tropical storm will likely form off the Southeastern Coast of the United States, with it’s remnants stalling along the Middle Atlantic Coast this weekend into next week. This will bring a very moist onshore flow of wind off the ocean, bringing copious moisture to our area, with rain developing Saturday morning and continuing potentially well into next week. Several inches of rain are possible with this system and the ground is already saturated from the recent heavy rainfall.
