Wednesday, August 27, 2025 - Weather Discussion

 

Nice today and tomorrow and then a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm Friday, with a better chance in Northeastern sections of our area…


Today and tomorrow will be nice with highs rising from the mid 60’s to mid 70’s today to the 70’s to low 80’s tomorrow.


Friday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm, especially in Fairfield County Ct and on Long Island as a disturbance to the northeast of our area. Highs will range from around 70 in Northeast PA to the mid 80’s in East Central NJ, NYC, and on Western Long Island. 


Saturday through next Wednesday will be nice with highs rising from the upper 60’s and 70’s Saturday to the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Sunday and Monday, then dropping a touch to the mid 70’s to low 80’s Tuesday and next Wednesday.


Next Thursday, September 4th will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.


Next Friday, September 5th will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.


Next Saturday, September 6th will be variably cloudy with a chance of a late day shower or thunderstorm as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the 70’s.


Next Sunday, September 7th there will be a chance of showers or thunderstorms as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 70’s.


Next Monday, September 8th and next Tuesday, September 9th will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
