Winds, Rain and Cool this Weekend and a Look into the next 10 days
The storm moving in today is going to be quite intense, with strong winds and heavy rains over-night tonight. The rain should begin around mid-day and will become more intense toward evening. The heaviest rains will fall between 8pm and 2am. Northern New Jersey should receive 1-2 inches of rain in less than 6 hours over-night, which could produce some flash flooding. In addition, winds will gust 20-30mph this afternoon and tonight which could cause some tree limbs to fall. In addition, highs today will only be in the upper 40’s. Tomorrow the weather will improve, but it will still be chilly with highs in the 50’s. Monday there will be a chance of a shower in the afternoon, with a high near 60. Tuesday there will be a chance of rain with a high around 50. Wednesday should be a nice day with the slight chance of a shower and the high in the 70’s, to near 80 degrees. Thursday should be another nice day, but cooler with a high around 50. Friday should be another nice day, but cool with a high in the 50’s. Next Saturday there is a chance of rain with a high around 50. Next Sunday there will be a chance of a shower with the high in the 60’s. The following Monday there will be a chance of a shower with a high around 50. Have a great weekend everyone!
