Be Prepared for Possible Power Outages!
Many leaves are still on the trees, which help to collect and hold the snow on the trees. This added weight will cause many branches and trees to fall as the snow continues to accumulate. This may end up being the biggest snowstorm EVER in October in the State of New Jersey. Some branches are already falling and trees will start to come down as well. In addition, as the storm continues to intensify the winds will pick up as well. You should be taking action now, if you have not already done so to prepare for power outages. Turn your heat up, make sure you have your flashlights in a handy location and so on.

Power outages already being reported in Oakland and Franklin Lakes. People have shown me people of tree limbs and a few trees down. Plows are only coming out NOW. Do not go out, stay home, and be away from windows with trees nearby.
