Friday Morning's Weather Discussion

Today we will have showers and thunderstorms as a storm system moves through our area, then it will clear out and the weekend should be nice with highs in the 60’s both days. Sunday night another storm system will approach our area bringing the chance of showers on Sunday night and Monday, although there is a chance that Monday will be rain-free if we are lucky. Then on Tuesday, the storm system will intensify, as it gets closer to our area with steady rains developing at some point on Tuesday and continuing until Wednesday. On Thursday, the storm system will move out of our area but bring cooler air with it and still the chance of a shower of Thursday. Next Weekend is looking quite nice, although a bit chilly with morning temperatures dropping into the upper 30’s in many locations in Northern New Jersey.
