It Will Rain for a While This Morning - This Was Expected - Don't Panic!

It started as rain here this morning a while ago. This was expected, don't panic. This WILL change to snow as soon as the storm intensifies a little more and the precipitation picks up in intensity. This could happen as late as 11am or 12pm, possibly even 1pm in far Eastern sections. Total snowfall accumulations should generally be in the 6-12 inch range with local amounts to 12-18 inches. It is not impossible that someone could get a little more than that even. But please, DON'T PANIC THAT IT IS RAINING THIS MORNING AND DON'T BE SURPRISED WHEN IT CHANGES TO SNOW LATER THIS MORNING!

    So far, no precip here, but it looks like it could start anytime time now...

    We just had some drizzle here this morning so far. It will fall in the form of rain until the heavy precipitation moves in here later this morning.
