On and Off Rain Through Tuesday, Then Finally Some Nice Weather

We have a few more days of rainy, cool, weather as a slow moving upper level low has dropped down from Canada and moves very slowly through our area. Fortunately, the rain will be of a scattered nature, so there will most likely not be any flooding concerns. Then, finally, we should see some nice weather for a prolonged period, starting on Wednesday.
