Monday Afternoon's Weather Discussion

Well, the European model flip-flopped again, somewhat, so I revised the forecast accordingly for next week. The main concerns right now are for this Wednesday morning when heavy rain will fall, possibly amounting to over 2 inches, which is enough to cause flooding in some locations. In addition, there will likely be flooding rains again on Tuesday morning as this rather bizarre storm system that I have been talking about for early next week heads our way, with the cold air diving deep into the Southern States, before heading North into our area. Yes, the cold air will be attacking us from the South in one of the most bizarre weather situations I have ever seen. There could be another 2 inches or more of rain on Tuesday morning, which could again lead to flooding, especially after the 2 inches that we get this Wednesday. There could even be some snow showers on Tuesday night and again on Wednesday or Wednesday night. We really have some crazy weather on it’s way over the next 10 days.
