Storm Today is a Total Bust - Concerns Still Persist for Next Wednesday
The storm for today is a total bust. What precipitation there was evaporated before it ever hit the ground, the rest of the storm moved slightly east of previous forecasts. At least we don't have to worry about driving home in snow. As far as the next Wednesday storm goes, the latest run of the European model shows what yesterday's American model showed and pretty much what my concern has been for the last week. This storm will need to be watched closely. The time frame for the storm would be focused on Wednesday morning. It will either be rain or snow depending on the exact track of the storm. The latest run of the European model looks pretty snowy with it at the moment. The good news is that the latest run does dry things out after that for Thanksgiving and until that next really big storm potential, which could start as early as next Sunday the 27th. Still too early to tell exactly how that one will turn out and whether it will be rain or snow. Also, this coming Monday now looks like rain and Tuesday looks dry.
