Sunday Morning's Weather Discussion

Today will be quite nice with highs in the 60’s. Tomorrow will be quite warm with highs approaching 70 degrees. Tuesday there will be a chance of showers during the day and rain heavy at times at night as a storm system approaches our area from the Deep South. Wednesday there will be a slight chance of a shower in the morning, and then it will clear out and be cooler behind the cold front. Thursday and Friday will be sunny but cool. Then on Friday night, there will be a chance of a flurry at night as a cold front approaches our area. Next weekend should be quite nice but cool, with lows in the 20’s. Early next week there will be a chance of some rain or snow as another frontal system and storm approach our area from the south. I mentioned the chance of snow as well as the chance of rain because one way we can get snow with this current weather pattern that has been producing rain with the storms, is that if the storms are weak and remain to our south, they do not have the ability to bring the warm air into our area. This could make it just cold enough for snow. It the storm is a little stronger or moves to our northwest, it will bring the warm air into our area and produce rain. Right now, it looks as if the storm will be much weaker than the previous storms and it may take a path just to our south and east, which would give us the chance of rain or snow on Monday and Tuesday. We will have to wait and see.
