Monday Morning's Weather Discussion - Uncertainty About the Thursday Storm Potential Continues
Today will be a nice and warm day, and then tomorrow there will be showers ahead of an approaching cold front. Wednesday the showers will increase in frequency and intensity, then the front will pass during the day on Wednesday and the rain may change to snow on Wednesday night. The snow may continue on Thursday depending on how the storm develops. Now, it is extremely difficult to determine exactly what will happen, but the potential is there for several inches of snow accumulation on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The snow forecast all depends upon how the storm eventually develops, and it is possible that this storm could miss us completely or be even more significant, with a much more significant snowfall, so stay tuned. Friday will then be mostly sunny during the day, and then there will be a chance of snow at night depending on whether a coastal storm forms. The chance of snow will continue into Saturday morning, and then it will clear out and cool down. Next Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday should all be nice days, then next Wednesday there will again be a chance of rain or snow depending on how that storm develops. Stay tuned for important updates on the Thursday potential storm throughout the day.
