Tuesday Morning's Weather Discussion

Today and tomorrow will be nice days, but cool, with highs in the middle 40’s today and the middle to upper 40’s tomorrow. Tomorrow morning will be noticeably warmer though. Thursday there will be showers as a cold storm with an associated cold front head towards our area. Friday it will clear out behind the front, but Friday should still be relatively mild. This weekend should be nice, but quite cold, as a storm system that could have brought us some snow this weekend should remain to our south and keep you dry. Monday should be quite a nice day and a little warmer ahead of the next storm system to approach our area on Tuesday. Tuesday there could be some rain or snow in our area as a storm system will start to approach our area from the West. A front may develop just to our south on Tuesday, which could keep the cold air in place and set us up for the potential of some rain or even snow. There is a chance of a couple of inches of snow in some locations in our area on Tuesday if we remain on the cold side of this frontal system. This front should move north of us on Wednesday, which would change any snow to rain, which would continue until the storm leaves our area early on Thursday. The next chance of a storm, for those hoping for a white Christmas, is next Friday or Saturday (Christmas Eve), but no guarantees at all that there will be a storm, or that it would be snow even if there is a storm, just a chance.
