The showers will continue through Friday with the chance of
a thunderstorm thrown in from time to time with the highs around 70. It may finally start to clear on Friday afternoon
and evening, then things will warm up for the weekend with just a slight chance
of a shower or thunderstorm on Saturday and Sunday with the high in the lower
80’s on Saturday and the middle 80’s on Sunday.
THE BIG QUESTION IS WHETHER A COLD FRONT WILL DROP DOWN FROM CANADA AND
THROUGH OUR AREA ON MEMORIAL DAY? If the
cold front drops down through our area, it will bring us showers and
thunderstorms for Memorial Day and next Tuesday, and quite cool weather as well
for all of next week. IF THE COLD FRONT
DOES NOT DROP DOWN THROUGH OUR AREA EARLY NEXT WEEK, IT WILL BE SUNNY AND HOT WITH
TEMPERATURES AROUND 90. The European
model has flipped back and forth with this possibility for its past three runs,
so we will have to wait and see. I will
keep you updated.
