Well, we got some very heavy rains yesterday, with many
areas getting 2-3 inches and some flooding and high winds as well. The rest of the 10-day period should be quite
nice, excluding Sunday, which will again feature a chance of some heavy showers
and thunderstorms, as another strong cold front approaches our area. Next week will also feature the first chance
of seeing some morning low temperatures into the upper 30’s in the typically
colder valley locations in Northwest NJ.
Tomorrow the Climate Prediction Center of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration will issue its monthly update on the long-range outlook, so for
those of you interested in what the coming winter may hold, stay tuned.
