The latest data coming in is indicating the center of Sandy coming ashore at Little Egg Harbor (just north of Atlantic City) at 8pm this evening at the strongest storm to EVER hit New Jersey and one of the strongest storms to EVER hit the United States in recorded history. The winds and rain will continue to intensify this afternoon, reaching their peak this evening and early tonight. The storm should be mostly over by tomorrow morning, with just showers tomorrow, possibly mixed with snow in some locations, especially in the higher elevations of Northwest New Jersey.
