Today we will see a chance of a shower or thunderstorm late
this morning or early this afternoon as a strong cold front approaches our
area. Temperatures will start out warm
this morning, with highs reaching around 70 degrees, but temperatures will
start dropping quickly behind the front this afternoon, with temperatures
reaching the lower to middle 50’s by evening.
Tomorrow we will be on the cold side of the front and a low-pressure
area will from along the front, bringing rain to our area with temperatures
remaining in the 40’s all day. Monday
and Tuesday will then be nice days as the storm moves away, but it will be
quite cool, with the first chance of frost in some locations on Monday and
especially Tuesday mornings as lows will likely reach the middle to upper 30’s. Wednesday there will again be a chance of
showers and thunderstorms as another cold front approaches our area. Things will then dry out for Thursday, but
also cool down, with a high only in the middle 50’s. Next Friday there will once again be a chance
of a shower or thunderstorm, as yet another cold front approaches our
area. Next weekend will be quite cold
with the first chance of a freeze in our area as the morning lows may reach the
lower to middle 30’s on Saturday morning, and highs only reaching the upper 40’s. Next Sunday another storm system will
approach our area and cold air will still be in place, making for another cold
and rainy Sunday. Luckily, this storm
next Sunday may actually bring warmer air behind it for the follow week.
