The European Model Continues to Bring Us Hope

The European model continues to bring us hope and in fact brings us more hope than before as it brings Sandy onshore in Maryland on the Delmarva Peninsula, which is the furthest south track yet.  This track would be fantastic news for us as it would again lessen the rainfall amounts and wind speeds in our area.  The coastal sections would still have severe problems, but no where near as severe as it would be if she made landfall further north.  It is currently however the furthest south of all the models and it is entirely possible that it will start trending north again, so stay tuned.  The next major run will be the American model around 6pm, so stay tuned.
