The ugly weather will briefly end late today, after more
showers and thunderstorms during the day today.
Tomorrow will then finally be a nice sunny day, and quite warm, with
highs around 80. Saturday morning a
strong cold front will approach our area, bringing the chance of a shower or
thunderstorm in the morning, but it will then clear out in the afternoon. Sunday a low-pressure area will then form
along the front which will stall our near our area. This low-pressure area will then deepen as it
moves over us, bringing cold air and heavy rains into our area for Sunday
afternoon and night. The high on Sunday
will only be around 50, but it will likely remain in the middle to upper 40’s
most of the day in many areas. It will remain cold behind the front for the
rest of the week, with highs only in the 50’s to lower 60’s next week,
excluding next Wednesday when it could make it into the middle 60’s ahead of
the next cold front.
