To Add Insult to Injury

The American model changes the rain to snow on Tuesday afternoon and actually brings accumulating snow into Northwest New Jersey on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.  Meanwhile, West Virginia will be getting a blizzard with feet of snow, and there will be accumulating snow throughout most of Virgina, even in the lower elevations, while we are getting hurricane conditions here with rain.
