Very Anxiously Awaiting the European Model

I will post an update by 2:45.  I am very concerned that the European model may come in further north with the storm since that seems to be the trend with the models this afternoon so far.  It is hard to believe what the models are showing.  They are simply showing something that none of us have ever seen before.  That is a storm strengthening to historic levels as it comes on shore from well out in the ocean.  Anyone to the North of the center of circulation will likely see historic flooding as the water will be thrown from the ocean onto land by the tremendous winds from the storm, and possibly for 36-48 hours prior to landfall.  The devastation along the New Jersey Coast and into New York City itself could be tremendous, not to mention the winds which could easily gust over 100mph in coastal sections.
