I See That The National Weather Service Just Changed Their Forecast to Snow

I see that the National Weather Service just changed their forecast from rain to snow,  finally.  I have been saying for days that I did not think this would be rain.  Of course, now I am wondering if we will get a storm at all.  It seems like, no matter what, they are always ten steps behind.  Check back to see now if we actually have any storm at all.
