Well, Let Me Put it Like This....
This run of the American model shows one of the most insane storms of all time in terms of length and amount of precipitation as it manages to not only produce the storm I have been talking about, but it also merges with the storm that the European model was producing, causing the storm to last from Tuesday morning until Friday night of next week! The only good news I get from this run of the model at all is that it starts a day later, but actually to most people that is worse because it lasts longer, through the holiday and into Black Friday. Honestly though, without going too crazy here, it drops an insane amount of precipitation, showing 4 inches of precipitation. To give you an idea, if this were snow, it would be about 3 feet of snow. I am not predicting that much snow, nor would I ever expect that much snow to happen, but the way the weather has been these past 5 years or so, who knows anymore? Oh yes, and it follows it up with another strong Nor'easter a few days after that all ends also. Stay tuned. This is insane. Let's see if the other models latch onto this solution.
