Revised Guess
With the much more rapid mix and change to sleet, I am now thinking that areas roughly North of Rt. 78 and West of Rt. 287 will get 2-4 inches of snow and ice accumulation before we change to rain, and 1-2 inches for areas to the east of Rt. 287 and north of Rt. 78. Sorry for the mess up on this one. Trying to predict when sleet will mix in and mess up a snowfall forecast can be quite tricky and I thought that the heavy precipitation would keep the atmosphere cold enough for mainly snow, but that is not turning out to be the case. My apologies. Please remember however that ice is extremely dangerous and be cautious if you venture out on the roads tonight. Hopefully we warm up quickly now and change this over to rain quickly.
