Sunday Afternoon's Weather Discussion

I updated my forecast because the storm system will move in earlier than expected, moving in on Friday, which will bring us some rain on Friday afternoon and night.  After this storm, it will warm into the 50’s for next weekend, possibly reaching 60 degrees in some locations.  Then a cold front will pass through our area on Monday bringing a chance of showers, followed by cooler temperatures for next Tuesday and Wednesday.  A storm is then likely to develop in the Gulf of Mexico and move northeast toward us next Wednesday and Thursday.  The amount of cold air in place in our area at that time will determine whether this storm is rain or snow.
