We will have a nice day today, and then we will have very
unsettled weather over the next 10 days, starting tomorrow as a weak storm
system approaches, and causing light snow to develop around 8am in western
sections and 9am in eastern sections.
The snow should accumulate to about a dusting prior to changing to light
sleet, and then light freezing rain, and continuing as light freezing rain until
between around 1pm and 8pm depending upon ground temperatures in various
locations. Some ice accumulation is likely
before the precipitation finally changes to light rain and drizzle in all
locations. Tuesday should then be a nice
day, with just a slight chance of a shower, but it will be quite warm, with
highs reaching 50 degrees in many locations.
Wednesday will then be very warm, with highs around 60, as warm air
surges north into our area ahead of a cold front approaching from the west for
Wednesday night. On Wednesday night,
there will be heavy rain as the cold front approaches and the heavy rain could
cause some flooding in some locations.
Thursday will then be a nice day, but cold again. Friday a weak storm system will approach,
bringing a chance of light snow in the morning.
Then another weak storm system will approach on Saturday night, bringing
another chance of light snow on Saturday night and Sunday morning, with a
chance of a snow shower on Sunday afternoon.
Next Monday we will also have a chance of a snow shower, and then a
stronger storm is likely to approach for Next Tuesday, bringing a chance of
snow.
