Crazy Day Today

It was not supposed to snow today at all.  I knew that it was cold enough at cloud level to snow, but according to the models, it was supposed to be MUCH too warm to snow at all other levels.  This should have been rain according to ALL the models.  It was 41 degrees when the snow started and it quickly dropped to near freezing.  Anyway, live and learn.  I now know what else to look out for.  Anyway, another surprise for this coming weekend, the European model has completely backed down on the big storm solution, now only bringing a little light snow on Friday night, a bit of light rain on Saturday during the day, then a bit of light snow again on Saturday night, that is it.  I will post what it shows for further down the line after the run finishes.
