Ok, here you have it.  25-40 inches throughout Northern New Jersey with Eastern Sussex County, Northern Passaic County, Northern Morris County and Western Bergen County,  as the bull's eye, NOT Boston.  This is nuts.  Really hard to believe.  I can't believe it, but after Sandy, I am truly starting to think anything is possible.
