Evening American Model Update

The evening run of the American model came north from it's prior runs and now brings about an inch of snow to Northern New Jersey and 2-3 inches as close as about Rt. 78. It moved the 1-2 feet of snow from central Virginia on the prior run, to Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware on this run.
