Snow Band Persists in Northeast NJ

The snow band is breaking down across Northern New Jersey and the snow has completely ended in Warren and Western Sussex Counties, but that persistent band just does not want to give up in Northeast New Jersey.  It WILL eventual die out over the next hour or so, but it is amazing how persistent it has been over Northeast New Jersey.  The snow already ended in my location in western New Jersey at 12:30 and it is now up to 38 degrees.
