Monday, September 16th, 2013 - Morning Weather Discussion

We will have some showers and thunderstorms this morning and possibly into early this afternoon, followed by cool weather tomorrow with lows in the low 40’s.  Tuesday through Friday should then be beautiful, with gradual warming each day after Tuesday, as highs approach 80 degrees on Friday.  Saturday there will then be showers and thunderstorms that could be heavy at times as another strong cold front approaches our area.  We may then see an extended period of cool but dry weather through next week.  There are signs of possible tropical development near the southern tip of Florida and into the Bahamas early next week, but this storm will move safely out to sea as the strong cold fronts push it away from our area.
