Monday, September 9th, 2013 - Morning Weather Discussion

We will see some massive temperature swings over the next week, with lows this morning in the mid to upper 40’s in many locations, then highs likely reaching the mid 80’s tomorrow and breaking 90 degrees in most locations on Wednesday, then possibly dropping back to the upper 30’s and possibly even the mid 30’s with a slight chance of frost in some of the colder locations by Sunday morning.  It will then be quite cool with on and off chances for showers and thunderstorms next week, prior to possibly warming up a bit by the following weekend.  This morning there are also some signs of tropical development in the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean by the end of the two week period, so we will need to keep an eye on this possibility as well.
