Monday, October 14th, 2013 - Morning Weather Discussion

I know many of us are getting a little anxious as we head toward the end of October again but I can say at this point that the coast does look clear.  I don’t see any massive storms headed our way at the moment.  I do see the possibility of some fairly insignificant storms over the next week, with the possibility of a bit more significant storm developing toward the end of next week, but nothing major at the moment.  We will see beautiful weather today and tomorrow followed by increasing cloudiness on Wednesday with a chance of some showers.  Thursday should then be nice, prior to another weak storm affecting our area on Friday morning with some light rain.  Then another storm will approach for Sunday, again bringing a chance of some rain for Sunday morning.  Then Monday through Thursday should be nice next week but cold with the first frost or freeze likely in many locations on either Monday morning or Wednesday morning, or both.  Then we will have to watch for the possibility of a Nor’easter to develop for late next week.  Check back for updates.
