Thursday, October 31st, 2013 - Morning Weather Discussion

Finally the kids will get to celebrate Halloween with increasing cloudiness and a chance of shower, but it will be warm with highs in the low to mid 60’s and it will only drop to around 60 at trick or treat time!!!  Today and next Thursday look to be the warmest days of the next two weeks with highs in the mid to upper 60’s while the next two Monday’s look to be some of the coldest days over the next two weeks with highs only in the mid to upper 40’s this coming Monday, and around 40 the following Monday with the possibility of some snow showers.  The temperature may not even reach 40 the day after that.  In the mean time though there will be increasing cloudiness during the day today with a chance of a shower, then heavy showers and thunderstorms are likely to develop early tomorrow morning, coming to an end by afternoon.  It will then be quite nice for Saturday and still warm with highs in the low 60’s, but then the cold air will start to filter into our area for Sunday with a high only around 50.  Monday will then be very cold in the morning with low’s in the mid to upper 20’s and highs in the mid to upper 40’s.  Tuesday and Wednesday will then be nice and progressively milder with highs reaching the mid to upper 50’s on Tuesday and the low to mid 60’s on Wednesday.  Thursday a cold front will approach with increasing cloudiness, but it will be quite warm ahead of the cold front with highs likely reaching the mid to upper 60’s.  Next Friday will be a repeat performance of tomorrow with heavy showers and thunderstorms likely in the morning, then clearing.  Next weekend will then be quite cold with lows in the mid to upper 20’s and highs only in the mid to upper 40’s.  Then next Monday a weak disturbance may approach, bringing a chance of some snow showers with lows in the low to mid 30’s and highs only around 40.  The following Tuesday and Wednesday are likely to nice but cold, with the low possibly reaching the low to mid 20’s, and highs only in the mid to upper 30’s next Tuesday and the low to mid 40’s next Wednesday.
