Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 - Evening Weather Discussion
Tomorrow will be quite warm with a high in the low to mid 60's, although there will be a chance of a shower in the afternoon or evening. Friday there will be showers and thunderstorms, heavy at times in the morning, followed by clearing in the afternoon. This weekend will then be nice with a high still in the low 60's on Saturday and dropping to the upper 40's to low 50's on Sunday. The lows will then drop into the mid to upper 20's on Monday morning, with the colder locations likely to reach the low 20's with the high on Monday only in the mid to upper 40's. It will then gradually warm to near 70 by next Thursday as the warm air surges north ahead of the next cold front. Behind the front high temperatures will again drop to the mid to upper 50's next Friday. There will then be a chance of rain next Saturday as a storm system approaches. The models are hinting at the possibility of things becoming interesting starting next weekend as very cold air starts filtering into our area. There is a chance that one of these storms starting next weekend could mix with some snow if the cold air meets up with the storms. It may in fact get quite cold toward the end of two week period. We shall see.
