The low reached 24 degrees this morning at my location. We will see more of the same over the next two weeks as cold
fronts will pass through once a week with cold air behind them and warm air
ahead of them. Today will be the coldest
day of this week with highs only in the mid 40’s, warming each day to around 60
on Wednesday and Thursday. The front
will pass through our area on Thursday, bringing showers and thunderstorms
heavy at times on Thursday afternoon, followed by cold air again for Friday,
with temperatures moderating only slightly this time to the low to mid 50’s for
Saturday through next Friday. The next
front will then pass through next Friday with showers and thunderstorms again
heavy at times, followed by cold temperatures once again, possibly with highs
temperatures only in the upper 30’s for the following weekend and lows dropping
to the low to mid 20’s.
