Short Range American Model????

It went from having an inch two runs ago, to having about 4-5 inches on the last run like the other models to having like 10-15 inches on this run???  Ok, it is our short-range model, so who knows?  But, it is the first model to come in with the new data now that the one piece of energy has made it on shore.  Is it even possible that this could get back to where we were before?  The other models have not come in yet, and I don't trust this model at all, but it is definitely interesting, especially considering it had nearly nothing two runs ago, then like 4-5 inches, now like 10-15 inches.  What the heck.  I have no idea.

It has accumulation projections as follows now:

Central New Jersey and Long Island, 6-10 inches
Northern New Jersey, New York City, and Southeastern New York State, 10-15 inches
Catskill Mountains in New York, 15-22 inches
