Temperature Differences Right Now in Northern New Jersey

At my location in Northern Warren County in Northwest New Jersey it is currently 16 degrees.  In Oakland in Bergen County it is currently 23 degrees.  In Paramus in Bergen County it is 29 degrees.  Amazing differences across the northern part of the state right now and this is why the model said it might change to rain in Northeastern New Jersey and it won't in Northwestern sections.
